How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in about 10 to 20 days. Every product page shows an estimated delivery window based on the day you order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 pay standard shipping, shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships you'll get an email with your tracking number, and you can also check it on our Track Order page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Shipping options for your country are shown at checkout. If you have a question about delivery to your area, contact us before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.
What if something is wrong with my order?

Our chains and pendants are vacuum-plated stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, made for everyday wear.
